The FAQ, the developer contact, terms, disclaimer, and privacy are in Profile, under “About the app”.

The app is in Russian for now; the English interface is in preparation. Screenshots show the Russian interface, and button names in the text are given in English.

  1. Open “About the app”

Tap “Profile”, the last tab at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to the “Data & app” block and tap “About the app”. This is where you'll find the FAQ, a way to contact the developer, and the documents. The app version is shown at the top of the screen, under the name “Zarok”.

The “About the app” screen in Profile: items “FAQ”, “Message the developer”, “Disclaimer”, “Terms of use”, and “Privacy”, plus the app version line at the top (screenshot is in Russian)
Profile → “About the app”: questions, contact with the developer, and documents
  2. Read the FAQ

Tap “FAQ”. All the questions are open at once, and each answer is shown under its question.

  3. Message the developer

Tap “Message the developer”. In the “Message” field, describe what happened or what you'd like to suggest, up to 2000 characters. Tap “Send”. Your messages and the developer's replies go into the same conversation, and the replies are signed “Developer”. A person replies, not an AI service.

The “Message the developer” sheet with a hint, the “Message” field, a “Write by email” link, and “Close” and “Send” buttons. In this example, the connection to the server failed and nothing was sent (screenshot is in Russian)
“Message the developer”: your message goes into the conversation, and the reply appears in the same conversation
  4. Wait for a reply

We usually reply within 1–2 days. While the conversation is open, new replies load about every half minute. If the sheet is closed, the “About the app” row in Profile shows a “new support reply” label, and “Message the developer” shows “New reply”. Open “Message the developer” to read the reply.

  5. If there's no conversation, write by email

If there's no conversation, an “Open email” button appears instead. The address support@zarok.app and the text of the email are filled in for you, and you send the email yourself. When the conversation is working, the “Write by email” link under the message field does the same thing.

  6. Delete the conversation

Under the message field, tap “Delete conversation”. The app will ask you to confirm: tap the same button again. The conversation is erased from our server. Messages the developer has already received are not deleted with this button.

  7. Open the terms and privacy documents

In “About the app”, choose “Terms of use”, “Disclaimer”, or “Privacy”. The documents open inside the app. At the bottom of “Terms of use” and “Privacy”, there's an “Open as a page in the browser” button: it opens the same version on the zarok.app website. “Privacy” also has an “Account deletion page” button.

  8. Subscription terms and restoring a purchase

You subscribe to “Zarok Plus” through Google Play. The “Subscription terms” and “Privacy” links are at the bottom of the “Zarok Plus” screen. If you've made a purchase but access hasn't opened (for example, on a new phone), go to Profile → the card with your name → your name or photo → “Assistant & subscription”, and tap “Restore purchases”. The button appears when purchases are available on this phone. If your subscription was bought through Google Play and is active, “Manage subscription” is there too, with the note “Billing and renewal in Google Play” underneath it.

  9. Reset your data or turn off statistics

Profile → “Data & sync”. To erase your data, tap “Reset data…”, select the sections or “Reset everything”, then select “Yes, I understand: this data can't be brought back” and tap the reset button. Its label shows what will be deleted. Before that, export your data with the “Export” button: deleted data can't be restored. If sync is on, the reset sheet has a “Delete account” option. On the same screen, there's a “Usage statistics” switch: when you turn it off, the collected counters are deleted, and new ones are not recorded.

  10. Your first time with the assistant

Open “Assistant” in the bar at the bottom of the screen. If it's not there, you'll find it in Profile, in the “More sections” list. Without a subscription, the “Zarok Plus” plans open right away: choose the one you want and subscribe through Google Play. Once access is open, the assistant shows its terms: read the full text, tap “Continue”, select “I'm 14 or older” (ages 14 to 17 need a parent's permission) and “I consent to my requests being processed using AI”, then tap “Turn on the assistant”. You can withdraw your consent: Profile → the card with your name → your name or photo → “Assistant & subscription” → “Withdraw AI consent”.

  11. Ask the assistant to add something

In the “What should we plan?” field, type a task, or tap the microphone icon (it's there if your phone can recognize speech) and dictate it. “Stop” ends the recording. The text appears in the input field: check it and send it. Examples of what the assistant records: “Add 10 minutes of breathing to my morning ritual at 07:00” (a ritual step; if you don't have a ritual course, the assistant will remind you to create one in Courses); “Workout on Mondays and Thursdays at 19:00, 60 minutes” (an event); “Breakfast at 08:30, 80 g oatmeal and 2 eggs” (a meal); “I'm starting a Stretching course for 15 days, at 07:00” (a course). Plan wording may vary when the AI service is used. The question “What's on today?” gets a summary of your day from the app's data, without going to the AI service.

  12. Attach a text file

The paperclip icon attaches text files (for example, .txt, .csv, .json, or .md), up to five in one message. The assistant reads the first 20,000 characters of each file. It doesn't read images, PDFs, or Office documents: such files are rejected.

  13. Check the plan and tap Apply

The assistant doesn't save anything right away: it shows a “What will change” list, where every entry is checked. Keep the ones you want and tap “Apply” (with the count, if more than one is selected). “No thanks” cancels the plan. If an entry will replace an existing one, a checkbox “I confirm replacing existing data” appears: without it, “Apply” won't work. If a similar entry already exists, the assistant will warn you. Your calendar doesn't change until you tap “Apply”. If you applied something by mistake, the undo option is in Profile, in the “Last change” card, and it's available for 24 hours.

Questions about this section

A little more
clarity.

How quickly does the developer reply?

We usually reply within 1–2 days. That's a guideline, not a guarantee. The reply will show up in the same conversation under “Message the developer”.

What gets sent along with a message?

The message text, the app version, the app type (Android, Telegram, or web), the system (Android with its version, iOS, Windows, macOS, or Linux; your phone model is not sent), your language, and whether your “Zarok Plus” subscription is active. No attachments or files are included.

Where is the conversation with the developer stored?

On our server. Each message is kept for up to 180 days from the day it was sent; when no messages are left, the conversation is erased. A message also goes to the developer's messenger, and the developer replies there as well. The conversation isn't saved on your phone: it isn't part of the app's data, export, or backup. The “Delete conversation” button erases it from the server, but messages the developer has already received aren't deleted with this button.

What if a message doesn't send?

Your text stays in the field: check your internet connection and tap “Send” again. If the app can't connect to the server, it will tell you. If the message is saved but not sent yet, you'll see “Message saved. The developer will see it a bit later”. The field takes up to 2000 characters. If you've sent enough messages for today, the app will reply: “That's enough messages for today, we'll continue tomorrow”.

Where are the terms of use and the privacy policy?

In Profile → “About the app”: “Terms of use”, “Disclaimer”, and “Privacy”. The terms of use and the privacy policy are also on the website at zarok.app/terms and zarok.app/privacy. You can also delete your account without the app: zarok.app/delete-account.

What can the assistant do, and when is it available?

The assistant records courses, meals, workouts, and ritual steps from text, voice, or text files, and shows you a plan before changing anything. Requests are processed by a third-party AI service, so before first use you need to confirm your age (14 or older; ages 14 to 17 need a parent's permission) and give your consent. The assistant is part of the Zarok Plus subscription. Answers can contain mistakes, so check the plan. The assistant doesn't give medical advice: it keeps your routine.
