Courses

A course is a set of entries with phases, breaks and cycles. The calendar fills in for the whole term by itself; you set the doses and intake times.

The app is in Russian for now; the English interface is in preparation. Screenshots show the Russian interface, and button names in the text are given in English.

  1. Open the Courses tab

Tap “Courses” at the bottom of the screen. At the top, it shows how many courses are active today. If you have no courses yet, ready-made day presets come first. Then come habits, supplement courses and your Quit vow (if you have one). Once you have courses, the day presets move to the bottom of the list. The bottom of the list has three buttons: “+ Supplement course”, “+ Habit” and “+ Make a vow”.

The Courses screen with a habit card “Morning ritual” and the “Quit vow” block below it (screenshot is in Russian)
The Courses tab: a habit card showing its phase, day and the “Actions and phases” button; the Quit vow is below. ⋮ opens editing.
  2. Create a supplement course

Tap “+ Supplement course”. The “New course” form opens with two phases: “Intake” for 14 days and “Break” for 7 days. Enter a name, a status (the short label on the card), a start date, and pick a color.

Three buttons at the bottom of the course list: “+ Supplement course”, “+ Habit” and “+ Make a vow” (screenshot is in Russian)
At the bottom of the list: “+ Supplement course”, “+ Habit” and “+ Make a vow”.
  3. Set up the phases

Enter a name and a number of days for each phase. The “Active” or “Break” switch makes a phase an intake or a break. The “+ Phase” button adds a “Phase” for 7 days at the end of the list; “×” deletes a phase. An active phase has a dose field, and you write its text yourself.

New course form: name, status, start date, color and two phases, “Intake” (active) and “Break” (screenshot is in Russian)
Course form: name, status, start date, color, and the “Active” and “Break” phases. The “?” mark opens hints.
  4. Set the repeat and intake time

The “Repeat cycle” counter (from 1 to 24) repeats all the phases in a row. The “Phases” heading shows the total length of the course in days. In the “Intake time” field, enter the time of the intake item in the day. If the field is empty, no intake item appears on the course days.

  5. Save the course

Tap “Save”. The course is placed on the calendar right away, and the card opens with a “Dose schedule” table.

  6. Turn on a reminder

The same form has a “Remind me” row with a checkbox. For a new course, you need to save it first: until then, the row tells you that you can turn on the reminder after saving.

  7. Create a habit

Tap “+ Habit”. The “New habit” form opens with a “First step” at 07:00 for 10 minutes. Two phases are created together with the habit: “Getting started” for 21 days and “Habit” for 344 days. You can change them with ⋮ on the card after saving. When you save, the habit takes its name from the first step's name.

  8. Fill in the step

Enter a name, pick a category, set the duration in minutes and how many times a day (from 1 to 8). Set a time for each repeat. In the “Day start” field, choose “Ritual step” to show the step first on a new day's screen, or “Regular action”. If you want, add prep and a video: one link, or a list by day. Tap “Save”.

  9. Add a step or open the dose schedule

On the habit card, tap “Actions and phases ▼”. A list of steps appears with their times (in the order they were added), plus a “+ Action” button. On a supplement course card, the link at the bottom is called “Dose schedule”. It opens a table of phases by day, with a “Cycles” row if the cycle repeats.

Phases: the “Phases” heading shows the course's total length in days; below it are the “Repeat cycle” counter and the “Intake time” field.
  10. Edit a step

Tap the step's row on the expanded card. In the “Edit action” form, change the name, time, duration, prep or video. The change applies to all days of the course. The “Delete” button at the bottom of the form removes the step from the course on all days.

Course item menu on a day: “Open course”, “Edit action”, “Skip for this day” (screenshot is in Russian)
A course item on a day: ⋮ opens “Open course”, “Edit action” (intake items don't have it) and “Skip for this day”.
  11. Edit an item on a day

On the “Day” screen, tap ⋮ next to the course item, or swipe the card left and choose “Edit”. A “Course item” sheet opens with three options: “Open course” takes you to the course card; “Edit action” changes the step on all days of the course (an intake item doesn't have this option); “Skip for this day” removes the item from the selected day only.

  12. Check off what's done

On the item card, tap the ✓ mark on the right. A checked-off item moves to the “Done” block at the bottom of the day's list. Tap again to uncheck it. Course cards don't take check-offs; they only show totals.

  13. Move an item to another day

Swipe the item card left and tap “Date”. Pick a date and time, then tap “Move”. The move applies to one day only: the step stays in the course on the other days, and a one-time action appears on the new date. The “Moved to…” message has an “Undo” button.

  14. Repeat the course

On the “Day” tab, swipe the course item card right and tap “Repeat”. For a step, choose “Whole course” (for a habit, “Whole ritual”) or “Just this step”. An intake item has no choice: the “Copy starts” date comes up right away. If you choose “Whole course”, set the “Copy starts” date and tap “Repeat”. The copy gets the same name, color, phases, doses and actions. Check-offs don't carry over to the copy.

  15. Delete a course

Tap ⋮ on the course card, then “Delete” at the bottom of the form. The course is deleted right away, with no confirmation. To get it back, go to “Profile”: the “Last change” block with the “Undo” button is available for 24 hours, as long as it's still the last change.

  16. Ask the assistant to log a course, habit or meal

On the “Assistant” tab, type or dictate your request. Examples: “Add a course called Reading for 14 days, with practice at 21:00 and a 3-day break”; “Add gratitude to my ritual at 21:00, 3 times”; “Breakfast: oatmeal 80 g and a banana, 1 pc”. The assistant shows a plan of what will be created and when. Nothing changes until you tap “Apply”. “No thanks” cancels the plan. Entries made through the assistant are available with a subscription. If you don't have a habit yet, the assistant can create a “Morning ritual” when you apply the plan: check the name in the plan.

  17. Confirm the changes

The plan's lines are labeled “new entry · course”, “new entry · step” and “course change”. When you change an existing step or event, the line reads “changes entry “…””. If there are several changes, check the ones you want and tap “Apply (N)”. If the plan will overwrite existing data, the note “will overwrite what's there” appears, along with the checkbox “I confirm replacing existing data”. Without it, “Apply” stays disabled. After applying, you can tap “Undo · N” under the assistant's answer while undo is still available.

Questions about this section

A little more
clarity.

How is a supplement course different from a habit?

A supplement course is intake and break phases, an intake time and a “Dose schedule” table on the card. A habit is made of steps: each step has its own time and a number of repeats a day (up to eight). The habit card has “Actions and phases”. Both kinds of course are laid out on the calendar by themselves for the whole term.

Why isn't a course item showing up on the day?

Check the start date: before it, and after the last phase, the course creates no items. There are no items on “Break” phase days either. An intake item appears when the active phase has dose text and “Intake time” is filled in. An item skipped for this day won't come back on its own: there's no separate button for that, and you can only undo the last change, within 24 hours.

Can I change the order of phases or steps?

No. The app has no “up” and “down” buttons. Phases follow the order you added them in, and a new phase goes to the end. Steps on the card also follow the order they were added. Items in a day are sorted by time, and pinned ones go on top.

What happens if I delete a course?

The course is deleted right away, with no confirmation, and its items disappear from the days. To get it back, go to “Profile”: the “Last change” block with the “Undo” button is available for 24 hours, as long as it's still the last change.

Do I need a subscription for the assistant to log courses?

Yes. Entries made through the assistant require a subscription, which is set up through Google Play. Without access, your text stays in the input field. The number of requests per day is limited: once the limit is used up, the assistant suggests entering everything by hand.

Will the assistant suggest a supplement or a dose?

No. The assistant doesn't pick supplements, doses or treatments. It records what you tell it and shows it to you for confirmation.
