The short version.
Subscription, account, assistant.
Here you'll find common questions about “Zarok”. Subscription and cancellation are covered in the most detail: the store shows prices and terms before you pay.
What is “Zarok”?
“Zarok” is a calendar for your day: tasks and events, courses, habits, food, steps, and reminders in one place. The app doesn't give medical advice or pick programs for you. You decide what goes into your schedule.
Who is the app for?
For anyone who wants a clear daily routine: tasks, habits, and repeating steps in one calendar. The app is available from age 13.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use the app without an account. With an account, your data, Zarok, settings, and subscription are saved and move to a new phone. You can sign in with Google, with email and password, or with a one-time code from an email.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Sign in to the same account on your new phone. If your data or subscription didn't appear, open Profile and tap “Restore purchases” (Profile → name card → “Assistant & subscription”).
What's free?
Day planning, calendar, courses, habits, food, statistics, video, reminders, widgets (except those included in the subscription), including the “My Zarok” widget, the link to your phone calendar, and data export. Shared lists “Together” (up to 2 lists and 4 people).
What's included in “Zarok Plus”?
The assistant and its widget, connecting AI apps (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), widgets with Zarok (“Next step,” “Progress,” “At your pace,” and “Day recap”), the “Calendar” and “My steps and dates” widgets, glossy themes, widget palettes, and the minimal widget style. More shared lists and the observer role in “Together,” and the day layouts “Single day” and “Plan separately.”
How do I subscribe?
You subscribe in the app through Google Play, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the payment window before you confirm your purchase. A free trial is only available when the store offers one; its length and the price after the trial are shown before you pay.
How much does the subscription cost?
The price depends on the country of your Google Play account. The store and the payment window show it before you confirm the purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
At any time: Google Play → profile menu → “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions” → “Zarok” → “Cancel subscription”. Canceling stops future charges. Access stays until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you aren't charged, and access stays until the trial ends.
Will I be charged if I forget to cancel the free trial?
If you don't cancel before the free trial ends, Google Play will charge you for the first paid period.
What happens if a payment fails?
Google Play retries the charge for several days, and the assistant stays available during that time. If the payment still doesn't go through, the subscription is paused until you update your payment method in Google Play. You can see your subscription status in your profile: Profile → name card → “Assistant & subscription”.
What happens if the subscription price changes?
Google Play will let you know in advance. The new price applies only from the next paid period. If your consent to the new price is required, the subscription won't renew at the new price without it.
Will I get a refund if I change my mind?
Subscription features open as soon as you subscribe: by subscribing, you ask us to start providing the service right away. Periods that you have paid for and actually used are not refundable, unless the law requires otherwise. Google handles refunds for Google Play payments under its own policy.
Does the subscription work on another phone?
Yes. The subscription is tied to your Zarok account. Sign in to the same account on the other device.
How does the assistant work?
The assistant records courses, meals, workouts, and ritual steps, and can summarize your schedule. Before anything is applied, the assistant shows what it understood and waits for your confirmation. The assistant doesn't give advice on nutrition, supplements, workouts, or health.
Why does the assistant sometimes make mistakes?
Answers from the assistant are generated by a third-party AI service. We don't have our own language model. The assistant can make mistakes when reading text, so check the suggested entries.
Who can use the assistant?
From age 14. Under 18, with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Before you first use the assistant, you confirm your age once and agree to requests being processed by a third-party AI service.
Why does the assistant have a daily limit?
The limit protects the service from overload. Its size is listed on the subscription screen.
How do I delete my data or account?
You can erase your data or delete your account right in the app: Profile → “Account” → “Manage account”. You can also submit a deletion request on the account deletion page (in Russian).
How do reminders work?
By default, “Zarok” reminds you to come back to your day on its own. A reminder for a specific task is turned on separately, using the checkbox next to that task. Allow notifications for the app in your phone's settings.
Does “Zarok” work in a browser?
No. “Zarok” opens in Telegram and on Android.
What can the calendar and planning do?
The calendar (month, week, year, and day by the hour), search and filters, tags and importance, “Focus time” (a timer), “Day presets,” and meetings from a calendar file next to your plan.
