ZAROK MCP SERVER
Connect ChatGPT or Claude to your daily planner
Zarok runs an MCP server. A connected AI app reads your plan, adds a task, moves one, or shows your week. It can change anything only if you allow it, and every change can be undone within a day.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open way for AI apps to work with outside services. Zarok runs its own MCP server. A connected AI app works with your plan from its own chat: ChatGPT (in chat and in Codex), Claude (in the Claude app, on the Claude website, and in Claude Code), Gemini (through Gemini CLI), and other clients that support MCP.
It can read
Your plan for a day or a week, your habits, and statistics for up to 185 days.
It can change, if you allow it
Add a task, event, or habit. Move a task. Change its name, time, length, or note. Remove a task for a single day. Check off or uncheck. Set importance and tags.
It cannot
Work with meals, courses with doses, or the shared “Together” lists, and delete a whole habit.
What you need
The Zarok app, signed in to your Zarok account, with sync turned on.
A Zarok Plus subscription. Connecting is included, and a client without a subscription gets a refusal.
An account in the AI app. Its own subscription, if it needs one, is paid separately and does not count as a Zarok subscription.
Server address
A remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP. Sign-in uses OAuth with approval in the app: the client shows a code, and you enter that code in Zarok. The code is valid for 10 minutes and works once. Enter only a code you got yourself.

Connect in five steps
Open the connection page
Profile → “Integrations & import” → “Connect an AI app”. The page is called “AI apps”. At the top are three tabs: “Clients”, “Access”, and “Changes”.
Choose a client
On the “Clients” tab, choose ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or “Other client”. The address is the same for all of them. Only the place where you paste it differs.
Add the address to the client
Tap “Copy address” and paste it into the client. Claude has a button on its card that opens the connectors window with the name and address filled in. ChatGPT takes the server on its own website. For Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI, run the command from the client’s card in a terminal.
Enter the code in Zarok
The client opens a page with a code. Enter it in the “Code from the connection page” field and tap “Verify”. The code is valid for 10 minutes and works once.
Check the client and decide whether it can change your plan
Check the client’s name and address. Turn on “Allow plan changes from chat” only if the client should change your plan; if the switch is off, the client can only read. Tap “Connect”.
Clients
ChatGPT
In chat and in Codex.
ChatGPT
You can add a server only on the ChatGPT website. Open the Plugins section, tap “+”, choose “Add custom MCP server”, paste the address, then “Create as a plugin” and install it.
The button opens the Claude connectors window with the name and address already filled in. Tap “Add”, then sign in. If the window does not open, go to Claude settings, open Connectors, and paste the address.
Run the command in a terminal, then open /mcp and authorize Zarok.
claude mcp add --transport http zarok https://zarok.app/mcp
Gemini
In Gemini CLI.
Gemini CLI
Run the command in a terminal, then sign in with /mcp auth zarok. According to the official Gemini CLI page, Google’s Antigravity CLI replaces Gemini CLI for some accounts. Check which client is available to you.
Support for remote MCP servers (Streamable HTTP) and OAuth sign-in with PKCE. Paste the address into the client’s settings.
Safety and control
Read only until you turn on “Allow plan changes from chat”.
Every connection is listed on the “Access” tab. Tap “Revoke access” and the client loses access at once.
The client’s changes are listed on the “Changes” tab. You can undo them within a day with “Undo all” or “Undo selected”. Your own later edits are not overwritten. The history is kept for 30 days.
Your Zarok account password and keys are not handed over to the client.
Connections are erased when the account is deleted and stop working when the subscription ends.
What the AI app does with the data it receives is up to its service and its own terms.
Example requests

Show my week and suggest what to move.
Questions
Do I need an account?+
Yes. You need to sign in to your Zarok account, with sync turned on.
Is this the same assistant as in Zarok?+
No. The assistant lives inside Zarok. Here you connect your own AI app, which works with your plan from its own chat.
Can I undo the client’s changes?+
Yes, within a day. Open the “Changes” tab and tap “Undo all” or “Undo selected”.
How do I disconnect a client?+
Open the “Access” tab and tap “Revoke access” next to that client.
The code does not work. What now?+
The code is valid for 10 minutes and works once. Start the connection again and enter a new code.
Are the statistics a health assessment?+
No. The statistics count your check-offs over a period. Zarok is a calendar: it does not make health assessments or conclusions.
Which AI apps can connect?+
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and any other client that supports MCP at the address above.
Zarok is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the companies behind ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Claude Code, or Codex. These names belong to their owners and are used only to show which apps can connect.
