Start
Planning
Day shows your tasks by time: tap to check one off, and swipe to move, pin or edit it.
CalendarMonth, week, year, list and day by hour. You pick a view with the view button. A swipe collapses and expands the grid, and another swipe moves through the periods. Tasks are moved by hand.
CoursesA course is a set of entries with phases, breaks and cycles. The calendar fills in for the whole term by itself; you set the doses and intake times.
Rituals & habitsA ritual is a step marked as a “Ritual step”, which opens your day on the “Morning” screen. A habit is a course made of steps: they show up on the course days, except break days.
FoodMeals are entries in your day plan. The meal plan sets the period during which the meals in it repeat.
VowsA vow is a diary for cutting back gradually: you set a number and a term, and the app works out your daily limit. There's no medical advice here.
Assistant
The assistant turns your text, voice, or text file into calendar entries and courses. In the app, nothing is saved until you tap “Apply”.
Connect an AI appChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another client that supports MCP can read your plan and, if you allow it, change it from its chat. Connecting is included in Zarok Plus.
Focus & progress
Focus time is a timer for one task. You choose the length and the alert. Picking a task is optional, and a break starts only when you want one.
Progress & statsProgress shows closed days over the last 30 days, your streak (it isn't limited to 30 days), and completed minutes. Focus stats count your timer time by day and by task.
RemindersReminders come to your phone in the Android app: they're turned on with the main switch and set separately for each task.
