Assistant

The assistant turns your text, voice, or text file into calendar entries and courses. In the app, nothing is saved until you tap “Apply”.

The app is in Russian for now; the English interface is in preparation. Screenshots show the Russian interface, and button names in the text are given in English.

  1. Open “Assistant”

Tap “Assistant” in the tab bar. If it's not there, open Profile and tap “Assistant” in the “More sections” block.

Empty chat with the question “What should we add to your calendar?” and four quick buttons (screenshot is in Russian)
Empty chat: the question “What should we add to your calendar?” and four quick buttons. Tapping one puts a draft in the field, which you can edit.
  2. Get a subscription

Without a subscription, the “Assistant” section opens with plans instead of the chat: “Month,” “Year,” and “Supporter.” “Supporter” is a yearly plan with the same features as Plus; the price difference goes toward developing Zarok. If Google Play offers a free trial, it's shown as a separate card. Choose a plan and tap the button under it: payment goes through Google Play. The “Choose a subscription” button appears in the “Assistant & subscription” card (path: Profile → the card with your name → name or photo) when Google Play responds; it opens the same plans. If you see “Checking access…”, wait. If you see “Couldn't check your subscription” or “Purchase saved. We're checking the payment,” tap “Check access.” In “Assistant & subscription,” this button is called “Check again.”

Assistant terms screen with text to read and a “Continue” button (screenshot is in Russian)
The assistant's terms: scroll through the text. “Continue” becomes active when you've read to the end.
  3. Read the terms

Once your subscription is active, the assistant's terms appear first the first time you open the assistant. Scroll down through the text. The “Continue” button becomes active when you've read to the end; if the whole text fits on the screen, it's active right away. The small arrow at the bottom of the text scrolls it further.

Second page of the terms with two checkboxes and a “Turn on the assistant” button (screenshot is in Russian)
The “I'm 14 or older” and “I consent to my requests being processed using AI” checkboxes start empty. The “Turn on the assistant” button works once both are checked.
  4. Confirm your age and consent

Tap “Continue.” Check “I'm 14 or older” (ages 14 to 17 with a parent's permission) and “I consent to my requests being processed using AI.” Both checkboxes start empty. The “Turn on the assistant” button works once both are checked: tap it.

Without a subscription: the heading “A ready plan from your words,” the “Month,” “Year,” and “Supporter” plans, and a payment button under them. Payment goes through Google Play.
  5. Type or say your request

The field at the bottom of the chat takes text. Write in one sentence what, when, and how much, for example: “Workout on Mondays and Thursdays at 19:00, 60 minutes.” For voice, tap the microphone button to the right of the field (it appears if your phone can recognize speech), speak, and tap “Stop”: the recognized text appears in the field, and you can edit it. Recording stops on its own after five minutes, and the text is kept. The button on the right of the field sends the request. While the assistant is thinking, the paperclip, microphone, and send buttons are inactive.

Voice input: the “Listening” bar, the time, and “Stop.” The recognized text goes into the input field, where you can edit it.
  6. Attach a text file if needed

Tap the paperclip to the left of the field and choose a text file, such as .txt, .csv, .json, or .md. You can attach up to five files to one message. Pictures, PDFs, archives, and Office documents aren't accepted: the app will tell you why. To remove a file before sending, tap the “×” on its name.

The paperclip to the left of the field attaches a text file to your message to the assistant.
  7. Answer the assistant's questions

If details are missing, the assistant shows up to four questions as a list. Reply in one message, by voice or text: your reply goes with the same request, and the assistant takes your original request and all your answers into account.

The assistant asks in a list and asks you to reply in one message, by voice or text.
  8. Check the “What will change” card

A plan card appears below the answer. If there are several items, or something will replace existing data, “What will change” appears at the top, and each item has a checkbox. Item labels include: “new entry · course,” “new entry · meal,” “new entry · event,” “new entry · step,” “new entry · quit vow,” “course change,” “step change,” “event change,” “daily target,” and “meal plan length.” If an item changes an existing entry, it's labeled “changes entry …” with that entry's name. An item that will replace existing data is marked “will overwrite what's there.” If a similar entry already exists, the card says so, and the new entry appears only after you tap “Apply.” To check or uncheck a box, tap the item's row. If there's a single item and nothing gets replaced, it's shown as a row without checkboxes. Items can't be reordered: they stay in the order the assistant suggested.

One change with no checkboxes: “Apply” and “No thanks” buttons.
Warning about a similar entry labeled “Another one will be created” (screenshot is in Russian)
If a similar entry already exists, the card says “A similar entry already exists” and “Another one will be created.” A duplicate is never created silently.
Day table in the chat, answering a question about tomorrow's plan (screenshot is in Russian)
The question “What's on my plan for tomorrow?” gets a day table built from the entries on your phone, without going to the AI service.
  9. Confirm replacing data

An item marked “will overwrite what's there” is unchecked by default. The assistant adds this label only when you ask it to replace or delete something. To apply such an item, check its row and check the box “I confirm replacing existing data.” Until that box is checked, the “Apply” button doesn't work.

An item labeled “changes entry …” and marked “will overwrite what's there.” Without the “I confirm replacing existing data” checkbox, the “Apply” button doesn't work.
  10. Tap “Apply” or “No thanks”

“Apply” saves the checked items. If there are several items or a replacement, the button shows a number, for example “Apply (2).” If nothing needs to be saved, tap “No thanks”: the card disappears, nothing changes, and the assistant replies that nothing is being changed.

  11. Read the recap and undo if needed

The card collapses into an “Applied” line (or “Not applied”), and a recap follows: what was saved, what didn't work, and why. If something didn't work, the recap suggests adding it by hand with the “+” button on the “Day” screen. If something was saved, an “Undo · N h” button appears under the recap (or “Undo · N min” when less than an hour remains). Undo works for 24 hours and reverses only the latest change. You can do the same in Profile, in the “Last change” block. Undo doesn't remove a quit vow the assistant added: delete it with the “Delete” button in the vow editor.

  12. Clear the chat or withdraw consent

“Clear” in the chat header (the button shows when the chat isn't empty) erases the chat right away, without asking: on the phone and, if the app is connected to the server, on the server. To withdraw consent, open “Profile” → the card with your name → name or photo → the “Assistant & subscription” card → “Withdraw AI consent,” and tap “Withdraw.” After that, requests stop being sent, the chat is deleted, and the subscription isn't cancelled: Google Play manages it.

Questions about this section

A little more
clarity.

Did the assistant save anything on its own?

In the app, no: entries appear only after you tap “Apply” on the plan card. Until the card is applied, your calendar, courses, and settings don't change. The exception is requests sent to the Telegram bot chat: after you tap “Yes” in the bot, their entries are added to the app when you open it.

Why doesn't “Apply” work?

Either no items are checked, or an item that replaces existing data is checked and the “I confirm replacing existing data” box isn't ticked. Check the items you need, or confirm the replacement.

The assistant didn't reply. What should I do?

If your request is longer than 300 characters, or it's a reply to one of the assistant's questions, your text goes back into the input field with the message “The assistant didn't reply…”: send it again. A short request that fails is handled on the phone using simple rules, so check the card carefully. You can also add entries by hand with the “+” buttons on the “Day” screen.

Can I ask about nutrition or dosages?

The assistant keeps track of your schedule and records what you add to it. It doesn't give medical advice or choose doses. Choosing a diet or doses is best discussed with a specialist.

What gets sent to the AI service, and how long is the chat kept?

The request text, recognized voice, attached files, and the relevant part of your schedule (up to 20 courses, up to 20 events, and up to 10 of today's meals) are sent to a third-party AI service. Your account number and your device's IP address aren't sent to it. On the phone, the chat is kept for 7 days; its copy on our server is kept for up to 180 days. “Clear” deletes both.

How do I turn off the assistant or cancel my subscription?

To withdraw consent: “Profile” → the card with your name → name or photo → the “Assistant & subscription” card → “Withdraw AI consent.” Your subscription isn't cancelled by this. If it was set up through Google Play, you can manage it in the same place, in Profile, with the “Manage subscription” button; you can also turn off renewal in Google Play.
