Food
Meals are entries in your day plan. The meal plan sets the period during which the meals in it repeat.
The app is in Russian for now; the English interface is in preparation. Screenshots show the Russian interface, and button names in the text are given in English.
Open the day you need
By default, the tabs at the bottom of the screen are: Day, Calendar, Assistant, Courses, Profile. You can change which tabs appear and their order in “Profile” → “Tab bar”. On the “Day” tab, switch dates with the ‹ and › arrows in the header. To open a day's window, double-tap a date on the “Calendar” tab in “Grid” view: a single tap only selects the day. In “List” view, a single tap opens the day on the “Day” tab, and a double tap opens the day's window.
Add a meal
Tap “+ Meal” below the day's task list. The same button is in the day's window: “+ meal” in the “Meals” block. In the “Unified day” and “Separate plan” layouts (they're part of Plus; you choose them in “Profile” → “Look” → “Home screen”), the add buttons are hidden under the “+ Add to plan” row.
Fill in the name, time and foods
The “Name” field already says “New meal”: replace it. Choose the time in the picker; it defaults to 12:00. In the “Foods” block, enter a food and an amount, for example “Oatmeal” and “60 g”. The “+ Food” button adds a row, and “×” removes it. When you save, rows without a food and amount are dropped, and an empty name becomes “Meal”. Supplements taken before or after a meal are entered in this same form.
Choose which days the entry applies to
At the bottom of the form, choose the scope. “Just this day”: the meal appears only on the selected date. “From this day on”: the meal appears from this date onward through the plan, and past days don't change. “Always”: the meal appears on every day of the plan, including past days. For a new meal from the day's window, “Just this day” is selected by default; from the “Meal plan” section, it's “From this day on”. Tap “Save”.
Edit or delete a meal
On the meal card, tap “⋮” (in the day's window, “Edit”), make your changes, choose the scope and tap “Save”. The “Delete” button in the same form deletes the meal for the selected scope. Faster: swipe the card left and tap “Edit” or “Delete”. A swipe delete affects only this day; a message appears with an “Undo” button.
Check off a meal
Tap the round check button on the right of the meal card: it becomes checked. Tap again to uncheck it. Supplements, if you added them to a meal, are checked off as separate rows beneath it.
The order of meals
Meals are listed by time, so you change their order by changing the meal time in the form. There are no “up” and “down” buttons and no dragging for meals. To keep an entry above the day's other tasks, swipe its card right and tap “Pin”. “Unpin” puts it back where it was.
Move a meal to another day
Swipe the card left and tap “Date”. Choose a date and time, then tap “Move”. Only the selected day moves; the other days of the plan stay the same.
Repeat a meal
Swipe the card right and tap “Repeat”. “On another day” makes a one-time copy for the selected date and time. For a meal inside the meal plan, the rules “Every day”, “On certain weekdays” and “Custom interval” (from 2 to 90 days) apply: they are set from this day on, and “Every day” removes the repeat. The selected time also applies from this day on. The card will show a note “on days: …” or “every Nth day”. Outside the meal plan, a repeat rule doesn't create a meal; it logs an event without foods. For a single copy, use “On another day”, and add a repeating meal to the meal plan.
Set up the meal plan
Open the “Profile” tab and tap “Meal plan” in the “Settings” group. The window shows the current day, the length and the meals. “Change plan length” opens the “Start” and “Duration, days” fields (from 1 to 999); “Save” applies the length. Meals repeat only during the plan's length. By default, the plan lasts 30 days.
Extend the plan
When three days or fewer remain until the end of the plan, or the plan has already ended, the window shows an “Extend by 30 days” button. If the plan is still running, it's extended by 30 days from its end date. If it has already ended, the plan runs for 30 days from today.
Enter your daily targets
Open the day's window by double-tapping the date on the “Calendar” tab, then tap “+ Targets” (the day must be part of the meal plan; if a target is already set, the button is called “Edit”). Fill in “Kcal” and “Protein, g”, and if you want, “Week caption”, choose the scope and tap “Save”. The default scope is “Just this day”; “From this day on” changes the target for the current and following weeks of the plan. You set the numbers: the app doesn't pick them. Empty fields are saved as 0 and hide the targets block on the day's screen.
Turn on a meal reminder
The “Remind me” row appears in the meal form after the first save. Tick it, and a reminder will come at meal time. For reminders to arrive, the main switch in “Profile” → “Reminders” must be on. Reminders work in the Android app.
Log a meal with the assistant
On the “Assistant” tab, type or dictate (if your phone supports voice input), for example: “Breakfast at 08:00: oatmeal 60 g, 2 eggs, 1 banana”. The assistant shows a “new entry · meal” card with the name and contents. Check it and tap “Apply” or “No thanks”. Nothing is saved from the in-app chat until you tap “Apply”. The assistant adds meals; you can change or delete a meal on the “Day” tab. To make an entry apply to one day only, add the meal by hand with the “Just this day” scope. The assistant works with a subscription set up through Google Play; without one, the calendar stays available. If you've connected Telegram and logged a meal by messaging the bot, it's added the next time you open the app, without an “Apply” button.
Other requests for the assistant
You can say: “Add breathing for 10 minutes at 07:00 to my morning ritual” — the step is logged to the existing course; if details are missing, the assistant asks. “Add a Stretching course: 14 days of practice, then 7 days of break” — a “new entry · course” card. “Dinner every other day at 20:00” — a meal with a repeat; the “in N days” count starts from the plan's first day. The assistant's service understands this kind of repeat; on the device, “every other day” is not parsed. “Make a meal plan for 50 days” — first, a “meal plan length” card; the assistant sets the plan to no more than 180 days. “Set targets: kcal and protein” — tell it the numbers yourself; the target applies from the current week of the plan onward.
Ask what's on your plan
Ask, for example: “What's on my plan for tomorrow?”. The assistant shows a table for the day from the app's data: time, names, the “meal” tag on meals and the checked-off mark.
A little more
clarity.
Why didn't a meal show up next week?
Meals from the plan repeat only within the plan's length and under their own rule. Check the length in “Profile” → “Meal plan”. If the “Just this day” scope is selected, the meal is saved only for that date.
How do I repeat a meal every other day or on certain weekdays?
For a meal inside the meal plan, swipe the card right, tap “Repeat” and choose “Custom interval” (from 2 to 90 days) or “On certain weekdays”. The meal form itself has no such field. You can tell the assistant “every other day” or name the weekdays: the assistant service understands “every other day”, and the “in N days” count starts from the plan's first day. A meal outside the meal plan isn't saved with a repeat; see the step “Repeat a meal”.
What happens when the meal plan ends?
Meals that repeat through the plan stop appearing in your schedule. Rituals, courses and events don't depend on the plan's length. You can extend the plan with the “Extend by 30 days” button; it appears when three days or fewer remain until the end, or the plan has already ended.
How do I change the order of meals?
Meals are sorted by time. There's no dragging and no “up” or “down” buttons. To move an entry above the others, pin it by swiping right. To shift it in time, change the time in the meal form.
Why can't the assistant change or delete a meal?
The assistant adds new meals. Editing and deleting are done on the “Day” tab, in the meal itself.
Can the assistant suggest what to eat or how much to take?
No. The assistant records your day plan and doesn't give advice on nutrition or doses. Questions like these are best discussed with a specialist.
