Connect an AI app
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another client that supports MCP can read your plan and, if you allow it, change it from its chat. Connecting is included in Zarok Plus.
The app is in Russian for now; the English interface is in preparation. Screenshots show the Russian interface, and button names in the text are given in English.
Open the connection page
Profile → “Integrations & import” → “Connect an AI app”. The page is called “AI apps”. At the top, there are three tabs: “Clients”, “Access”, and “Changes”.
Choose a client
On the “Clients” tab, choose ChatGPT (in chat and in Codex), Claude (in the Claude app and on the Claude website, and in Claude Code), Gemini (through Gemini CLI), or “Other client” with MCP support. The address is the same for all of them. Only the place where you paste it differs: the terminal commands are shown on the client's page.
Copy the address and add it in the client
Tap “Copy address”. In Claude, open connectors and paste the address. ChatGPT takes the server only on the ChatGPT website: open Plugins, tap “+”, choose “Add custom MCP server”, paste the address, then tap “Create as a plugin”. For Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI, run the command from the client's card in a terminal.
Enter the code in Zarok
The client will open a page with a code. Enter that code in the “Code from the connection page” field and tap “Verify”. The code is valid for 10 minutes and works once. Only enter a code that you got yourself.
Check the client and decide whether it can make changes
Check the client's name and address. The client reports its own name. Turn on “Allow plan changes from chat” if the client should be able to change your plan. If the switch is off, the client can only read. Tap the “Connect” button that shows the client's name.
Revoke access when you don't need it
Open the “Access” tab and tap “Revoke access” next to that client.
A little more
clarity.
What can a connected client do?
It can read your daily plan, weekly summaries, habits, and statistics for a period of up to 185 days: totals, week-by-week trends, days of the week, times of day, categories, what gets skipped most often and what gets checked off most often, the longest streak, and the longest break without check-offs. It can also see the state of your Zarok character, but it can't award or add anything. If “Allow plan changes from chat” is on, the client can add a task, event, or habit; move one; change a name, time, duration, or note; remove a task for a single day; check off and uncheck; and set importance and tags. The client can't handle meals, courses with doses, or “Together”, and it can't delete a whole habit.
How do I undo the client's changes?
Open the “Changes” tab. You can undo the client's edits within a day: “Undo all” or “Undo selected”. Later edits you made yourself are not overwritten in the process. The history of applied changes is kept for 30 days.
How do I revoke access?
Open the “Access” tab and tap “Revoke access” next to that client. To connect a client, you need Zarok sync turned on and to be signed in to your Zarok account.
How much does it cost?
Connecting is included in Zarok Plus. You can't connect a client without a subscription. If your subscription has ended, the client will get a refusal. The client's own subscription (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) is paid for separately and doesn't count as a Zarok subscription.
Is this the same assistant as in Zarok?
No. The assistant lives inside Zarok. Here you connect your own AI app, which works with your plan from its own chat. Your Zarok account passwords and keys are not handed over to the client.
Are the statistics a health assessment?
No. The statistics are a count of your check-offs over a period. Zarok doesn't make health assessments or conclusions: it's a calendar.
