Progress & stats

Progress shows closed days over the last 30 days, your streak (it isn't limited to 30 days), and completed minutes. Focus stats count your timer time by day and by task.

The app is in Russian for now; the English interface is in preparation. Screenshots show the Russian interface, and button names in the text are given in English.

  1. Where to find progress

Open the “Profile” tab in the bottom right. The first card at the top is called “Progress” and marked “30 days”. It's always visible, even if there's no “Progress” tab on the tab bar.

The “Progress” card at the top of Profile: the “Ring” and “Chart” switches, the ring of closed days, the “Streak”, “Today” and “Time” rows, and the “More” button (screenshot is in Russian)
The “Progress” card at the top of Profile. The data in the screenshot is test data.
  2. Ring or chart

On the card, tap “Ring” or “Chart”. “Ring” shows the share of closed days over 30 days, your streak, today's check-offs, and time. “Chart” shows the minutes of completed tasks by day over 30 days, split by category. Your chosen view is also kept on the separate “Progress” tab.

“Chart” mode in the “Progress” card: columns of minutes by day over 30 days, split by category, with a dashed target line (screenshot is in Russian)
Chart: minutes by day and category. The dashed line shows the target.
  3. Details

Tap “More ▼”. Your streak, an “N / 30 days closed” line, average time “on average” (only for days with completed minutes), and category bars will appear. “More ▲” collapses the block.

  4. Progress as its own page

If “Progress” isn't on the tab bar, open “Profile”, then the “More sections” block, and pick “Progress”. The page opens straight to the details. The “More sections” block holds the sections that aren't on the tab bar.

The separate “Progress” tab: the chart, totals for 30 days, and time bars by category (screenshot is in Russian)
The “Progress” page opens straight to the details.
  5. Add Progress to the tab bar

Open “Profile” → “Tab bar”. In the “Available to add” block, tap “+” next to “Progress”. The bar fits five sections: “Day” and “Profile” always, with up to three in between. If there's no room, first remove an extra section with the “−” button. If the bar already has five sections, you'll see “The bar already has five sections. Remove one first.”

  6. Order of sections on the bar

In the “Tab bar”, under “On the bar”, tap “‹” to move a section left or “›” to move it right. You don't need to drag anything. On the outermost section, the arrow that points past the edge is inactive. The “−” button removes a section from the bar, but the section stays in the “More sections” block in Profile. Changes save right away.

  7. How to check off a task

On the “Day” tab, tap the checkmark to the right of an item: the item gets checked off. Tapping it again removes the check-off. Morning ritual steps and prep items are checked off by tapping the whole row.

  8. When a day is closed

A day is closed when all of its items are checked off: tasks, morning ritual steps, meals, supplements before and after meals, and prep items. A closed day counts toward the ring and the streak. A day with no items doesn't count as closed.

  9. Open “My focus”

On the “Day” tab, tap the handle at the left edge of the screen. Or swipe right from the very left edge (within 30 px), starting from the day's list or header, and keep pulling: the menu opens if you drag it past half the screen width or flick it quickly to the right. You can also pull the handle itself: a swipe that starts on it opens the menu too. In the day menu, choose the “My focus” row labeled “time by day and task”. There's no button for this in the header.

The “My focus” screen for 7 days: the “Period” field, “Total focus”, “full sessions” and “short steps”, bars by day, and the “What got your focus” list (screenshot is in Russian)
“My focus”: the period, the total, sessions, and the tasks that got focus.
  10. Period and totals

In the “Period” field, choose “Last 7 days” or “Last 30 days”. 7 days is selected by default; your choice is kept until the app restarts. At the top you'll see “Total focus”, below it “full sessions” and “short steps”, then bars by day and the “What got your focus” list of the ten tasks with the most time. Sessions without a task are called “Free focus”.

  11. Start a focus session

In the day menu, tap “Focus time”, or at the bottom of “My focus” choose “Go to a focus session”. In the “What will you focus on?” block, pick a task from this day's items that aren't checked off yet, or “Not tied to a task”. Tap “15 min”, “25 min” or “45 min”, or type your own time in the “Focus, min” field (from 1 to 120). Then tap “Start focus”.

  12. Pause and finish

“Pause” and “Resume” stop and restart the countdown. “End early” saves the session as a short step marked “Ended early”. If the session runs to the end and was linked to a task, “Check off the task” appears: tap it when the task is done. The session itself doesn't check the task off.

  13. Log through the assistant

Open the “Assistant” tab. On your first visit, read the terms and tap “Continue”: the button becomes active once the text has been read. Then check “I'm 14 or older” and “I consent to my requests being processed using AI”, and tap “Turn on the assistant”. After that, type or say what to log, for example: “Add a 5-minute gratitude step to my morning ritual at 7:00” (if you don't have a morning ritual yet, the assistant creates one for you called “Morning ritual”), “Supplement course for 14 days, intake at 08:00”, or “For lunch: buckwheat 150 g and chicken 120 g”.

  14. Confirm the assistant's plan

The assistant shows plan items marked with labels like “new entry · step”, “new entry · course” or “new entry · meal”. Nothing is saved in the app until you tap “Apply”. Items that don't overwrite anything are selected by default: uncheck an item if you don't want it applied. “No thanks” cancels the whole plan. An item that would overwrite existing data is marked “will overwrite existing”: it isn't selected by default, and it's applied only after you check “I confirm replacing existing data”.

  15. By voice

Tap the microphone to the right of the input field. The button shows up if your phone supports voice input. Speak; “Stop” ends the recording. The text goes into the input field, where you can edit it and send it.

Questions about this section

A little more
clarity.

Why does Progress show 0 when I've done my tasks?

Progress only counts the items you've checked off for the day. A task you did but didn't check off doesn't count toward the ring, the streak, or the time. Check it off with the checkmark on the right of the item on the “Day” tab. Only items with a duration count toward “Time”.

Why didn't the day close even though my tasks are checked off?

Closing a day covers all items: morning ritual steps, meals, supplements before and after meals, and prep items. Check those off too. A day with no items doesn't count as closed.

My streak broke. Why?

The streak counts consecutive days. A day that isn't fully closed breaks it. While today is still open, it doesn't break the streak.

Does the focus timer count minutes toward progress?

No. “My focus” counts timer sessions separately, and Progress counts checked-off tasks. If a session is linked to a task, tap “Check off the task” on the “Focus time” screen.

Will my progress disappear if I turn off usage statistics?

No. Turning it off only erases the counters of which sections you opened and on which days you opened the app. Check-offs, progress, and “My focus” stay.

Can the assistant record something without my knowing?

Not in the app's assistant window: items wait for “Apply”, and “No thanks” cancels the whole plan. The exception is plans you confirmed in the chat with the bot: if the bot connection is set up in your profile (the “Integrations & import” section, the “Telegram” row), they are added when you open the app, and a report appears in the chat.
