Family subscription
One person pays for Plus or Max, and up to six people use it, each in their own account. Only the plan and the payment period are shared. Yearly plans are covered here too.
Who pays
One person pays for the family: the payer. A family has up to 6 people, including the payer. Everyone has their own Zarok account, their own tasks and their own AI Zarok limit. You need to be signed in to start a family or join one. Guests can’t.
Start a family
Open Profile → the card with your name → your name or photo → “AI Zarok & subscription”. On the “Family subscription” card, choose how many people are in the family (2 to 6), Plus or Max, and monthly or yearly (Max in a family is monthly only). Google Play shows the price for the family and roughly per person before you pay. A family plan has no trial period.
Invite people
The payer taps “Get an invite code”. The code is valid for 7 days and works for all free seats. Copy it and send it in any way you like, or revoke it earlier with “Revoke code”. When no seats are left, the code is removed automatically.
Join with the code
A member signs in to their own Zarok account, opens “AI Zarok & subscription” and taps “I have an invite code”. Then they enter the code and tap “Join”. Attempts are limited to 10 per hour. If the code doesn’t work, ask the payer for a new one.
What each person gets
Every member gets everything in the chosen plan: AI Zarok, extra widgets, styling and day layouts. Tasks and entries stay in their own account, and nobody else sees them. AI Zarok limit is also separate for each person. In a Max family it is the same as regular Max: 4 times more than Plus.
How to leave or remove someone
A member can leave on their own with “Leave the family” on the same card. Their family access ends right away, and their tasks stay in their account. The payer sees members by a masked email (for example, a•••@gmail.com) and can remove anyone with “Remove”. A member can see who pays for the family.
If the payer cancels
Everyone keeps access until the end of the paid period, then it ends for everyone at once. Tasks stay in the accounts. The subscription is cancelled in Google Play: the card has an “Open Google Play subscriptions” button. Deleting the payer’s account dissolves the family, but only the store can cancel the subscription itself.
Change the size or plan
On the card, tap “Change family size or plan” and pick the new option. If the new plan costs more, the full price is charged right away and Google Play adds the rest of the old one as days. If it costs less, it starts at the next charge. When the family gets smaller, the people who joined last have no access until a seat frees up. Nobody is removed silently.
Yearly plans and Max
Yearly payment is available for a family Plus and for a personal Max: choose “Yearly” next to “Monthly”. Family Max is monthly only, there is no yearly family Max. Personal yearly Max is paid once a year, with no trial period, and its AI Zarok limit is the same as monthly Max. Google Play shows the prices before you pay, and they depend on your region.
Refunds and questions
The store where you subscribed decides refunds: Google Play or the App Store. Send the request there. If the money is refunded, access from that subscription ends for everyone in the family right away. For questions, write to support@zarok.app. We reply within 3 working days.
A little more clarity.
Does a member have to pay?
No. One person pays. A member only needs their own Zarok account and an invite code.
Can the payer see my tasks?
No. Everyone has their own tasks and their own AI Zarok requests. The payer sees members only by a masked email.
Can I have a personal and a family subscription?
Yes. A family subscription doesn’t replace a personal Plus or Max. If both are paid, you pay for both, so it’s best to cancel the extra one in Google Play.
What happens to my tasks if I leave the family?
Your tasks and entries stay in your account. Only the access from the family subscription ends.
The family has no free seats. What can I do?
The payer can remove a member or increase the family size on the “Family subscription” card.
What if the invite code doesn’t work?
A code is valid for 7 days and may have expired or been revoked. Ask the payer for a new one. You can try 10 times per hour.
