Connect Zarok to Claude or ChatGPT and work with your daily plan right in their chat: ask what is on tomorrow, add a task, move a meeting, or check off what is done. The client can change your plan only if you allow it, and every change can be undone in Zarok within a day.

What does the connector do?
Zarok runs an MCP server (Model Context Protocol, an open way to connect outside services to AI apps). Claude and ChatGPT call it on your behalf after you sign in to your Zarok account and approve the connection. You decide what the client may do: only read, or also change your plan.
How to connect?
1
You need an account
Connecting is free, no subscription needed. You need a Zarok account with sync turned on.
2
Add the address in the client
Pick your client below and add Zarok with the server address. The exact menu path is in the client tab. Availability depends on your plan with the client.
3
Approve the sign-in
The client opens the Zarok connection page. Sign in and press “Connect”.
4
Choose permissions
By default the client can only read. If you turn on “Allow plan changes from chat”, it can change your plan itself or send you changes to approve.
Select “New Connector”, then “Custom”. Paste the server address (button above).
3
The Zarok connection page opens. Sign in there and select “Connect”.
Another client
Any client that supports MCP.
Server addresshttps://zarok.app/mcp
1
It needs a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) and OAuth sign-in with PKCE.
2
Paste the server address into its settings and sign in on the Zarok page.
What can a client do with your plan?
The tools fall into reading, changing and proposing. Which ones a client can use depends on the permissions you grant when you connect.

Your own later edits are not overwritten. Items and check-offs in shared lists are not part of this log: remove them in the list itself.

What the client gets
The client receives only what your request needs and the permissions you granted allow: the plan of chosen days, habits, courses, meals and check-off counts. Your Zarok password and account keys are never handed over.
Shared lists are read for you only: names and ids of other members, comments, attachments and invitations are not returned, and secret tasks are hidden.
Data goes to the service you connected yourself (for example Claude or ChatGPT). From there it is handled under that service’s own rules and privacy policy.
You can revoke access at any time: Profile → “Settings” → “Connections” → “AI clients” → “Access” → “Revoke access”. Connections are erased when the account is deleted.
Questions about connecting, errors and requests to delete data: write to support@zarok.app. Say which client you connected and when it happened. Please do not send passwords or codes by email.
