# Zarok

> Zarok is a daily planner, calendar and habit tracker for Android and Telegram. It brings your plan, habits, courses, reminders and home-screen widgets into one calendar, with seven Zarok characters that keep you company through the day. The core planner is free. Zarok Plus adds AI Zarok (the built-in AI assistant), extra widgets and materials. AI apps such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can work with your plan through MCP, and connecting them is free.

Zarok is a calendar and planner. It does not give medical advice and does not make health assessments.

Zarok by Zarok Studio is a productivity app. The name comes from the Russian and Ukrainian word zarok: a promise you make to yourself. It is not related to the TV channel Zarok TV or to characters of the same name in games.
